Crack Strategy
The Crack Strategy began in October 2004 with the aim to begin the process of change towards mainstreaming treatment and commissioning of crack services that respond to the diverse needs of Birmingham.
The Strategy
The Strategy sets out Birmingham's plan of action to which any individual, group or community may draw reference and inspiration fom the work currently in progress. The Strategy should assist problematic users of crack cocaine to seek help and treatment, creating safer, informed communities equipped to tackle the problem together.
